Terms and Conditions for Online Instructor-Led Training Course
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the online instructor-led training course, ACE (the “Course”), offered by Chester Electronic Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Course, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Course.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
2.1 To enroll in the Course, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. Enrollment is subject to our acceptance, which may be granted or denied at our sole discretion.
2.2 Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to the Course materials and online platform for the duration of the Course. Access to the Course is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Course at any time. In the event of cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the Course fees.
3. Course Materials
3.1 All Course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, recordings, and any other content provided as part of the Course, are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Course materials without our prior written consent.
4. Participant Conduct
4.1 You agree to participate in the Course in a professional and respectful manner. You shall not engage in any disruptive or inappropriate behavior during the Course sessions.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment and internet connectivity to participate in the Course.
5. Recordings
5.1 No audio or video recording of any part of the Course is permitted without our express written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, recording of live sessions, presentations, or any other Course content.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 The Course fees are as specified on our website or in the Course registration materials. All fees are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 2.3.

We may terminate your access to the Course at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Parliament Law and any judgment rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Course and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued participation in the Course following the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
